Vincent Wanie is awarded an ERC Starting Grant to investigate molecular chirality
Congratulations to Vincent on reaching this milestone!

With an ERC Starting Grant, DESY physicist Vincent Wanie aims to develop a novel, compact tabletop setup to study the interactions between chiral molecules. This will be made possible by the development of state-of-the-art ultrafast light sources in combination with experimental methods that are particularly sensitive to the structure of molecules. Such studies have potential applications in drug synthesis, catalysis, optoelectronics, and advanced materials for sensors and displays.
