Research

My research consists on generating ultrashort soft x-ray laser pulses in the “water window” range and their applications in element- & site-selective transient absorption measurements at a high temporal resolution using liquid micro-jet setup. My goal is to monitor photophysical and photochemical processes in biologically- relevant molecules in aqueous environment.
